Frontline Surgery
A downloadable game for Windows
Made for the Conduit Summer Game Jam 2026
Frontline Surgery is a first-person shooter set in a shady hospital where the only way to treat your patients is to harvest organs from the 'creatures' lurking in the sewers beneath you.
Descend into the underground, fight off crawlers and brutes, and loot their organs to bring back upstairs. Match the right organ to the right patient, perform quick surgery minigames, and get paid. Use your earnings to buy better weapons and upgrades from the hospital's very legitimate online shop. At a certain point you get a code that will let you open a door to a final boss to defeat to win the game.
The game is currently not playable through the web but i'll try to add that later!

Controls:
- WASD - Move
- Shift - Sprint
- Space - Jump
- C - Slide
- Mouse = Look
- Left Click - Shoot
- R - Reload
- E - Interact
- F - Skip patient
- G - Move conveyor belt
- 1 / 2 / 3 - Switch weapons
- Tab - Open inventory
- Escape - Settings menu

idk if the dev will ever see this, but the game is very good i love the artstyle and all but its a bit uncanny when downloading i thought it was a virus but its not, the game is a 9/10 because it does have a few erors (some ive found:
-in the surgrey mini game it says click th red circles but they are sqwras (or however you spell it)
-the enemies in the dungeon thing spawn like the horde from TWD theres like 900 of them (tho not a bug this is terrifying
anyway this game is very good and deserves to be known more its artstyle is very good but a bit uncanny wich makes it better :)
The dev has seen this.

Most bugs i know about, but haven't finished the last update (wich will fix most bugs etx)
